Role Description We are looking for a BDM Freelancer to join Dremexe Hire and drive client acquisition and relationship management within the dynamic recruitment industry. This is a contract-based remote role where day-to-day responsibilities include identifying potential clients, conducting outreach to build partnerships, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support recruitment strategies tailored to client needs. The BDM Freelancer will also analyze market trends to develop strategies that align with company goals and client requirements.

Requirements

  • Experience in business development, client acquisition, and account management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic business plans
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working remotely
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
