By accessing or using the Dremexe Hire platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

Dremexe Hire provides workforce infrastructure and automated talent matching services. We act as an intermediary infrastructure layer between Employers and Talent. We utilize Artificial Intelligence to facilitate these connections.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Upload false, misleading, or inaccurate biometric or professional data.
• Violate any applicable national or international laws.
• Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Dremexe Hire, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
